Practice Nurses

Our Practice Nurses give injections. They also take smears, give family planning advice and assist with the management of patients with hypertension, diabetes and asthma/COPD. Our nurses run the baby clinic and provide childhood immunisations alongside a doctor.

Our Health Care Assistants run their own clinics providing blood pressure monitoring, blood tests, ECG’s, and general health advice.
